COLUMBUS, GA - Valley Rescue Mission (VRM) extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Columbus community for their overwhelming support and participation in this year's Turkeys for Thanksgiving event. Together, we made a significant impact, ensuring that hundreds of individuals and families will enjoy a warm holiday meal today.
Hundreds of turkeys and hams were generously donated by community members, making it possible for VRM to provide over 500 meals to those in need during Thanksgiving. We are deeply grateful for your kindness and generosity, which will brightened the holiday for so many.
We would also like to express our appreciation to the dedicated volunteers who have offered their time and effort to help serve these meals. Your compassion and willingness to help truly embody the spirit of Thanksgiving.
As we approach the Christmas season, VRM wishes the Columbus community a joyful and blessed holiday season. May this season be filled with love, warmth, and togetherness. We look forward to continuing our mission of serving those in need and spreading hope in the community.
From all of us at Valley Rescue Mission, we wish you a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas!
