At Valley Rescue Mission, we believe no one should go hungry. Our Loaves and Fishes kitchen is open Monday through Friday at 3:00 PM 4:00 PM, offering a hot, nutritious meal to anyone in need—no questions asked. Whether you're experiencing homelessness, facing a tough season, or just in need of a warm meal and friendly faces, you're welcome at our table. Come as you are—we’re here to serve with compassion, dignity, and hope.

We are honored to have Quinn Tolbert as our Food Service Coordinator. He has been a tremendous  asset to the mission. During his employment with Valley Rescue Mission, Quinn has implemented a policy and procedure book, compliant with DPH standards, he has helped remodel the kitchen with new equipment and floors. Most honorable of all, is the bible study and devotions he integrated for the clients attending work therapy in his department. He found a way, to set time aside for the Lord during work therapy. God saw it, and has rewarded him tremendously, by allowing him and his teams, to receive multiple 100's  during inspections. All  within the past two years! We are honored to serve alongside this man of God. If you visit our kitchen, be sure to congratulate Quinn on a job well done!

Matthew 6:33
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

Our Beloved Brother
"Ernie" Perritt

August 24, 1959 - June 19, 2025

In June of 2025, one of Valley Rescue Mission's most faithful servants, joined the Lord. Ernie was the back bone of our Men's Ministry for over 11 years. He helped structure the Loaves and Fishes Kitchen by serving as the Crossroads and Food Service Coordinator. In his last years at the mission he served as the Howard Mott Men's Center Supervisor. His leadership has set a path for many and will continue to bless this mission, by the years of service and ministry he provided. We couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to serve beside this beloved brother.
-Until we meet again know that you are loved, respected and remembered. -
